Lookup history and activity
Find vehicles you have looked up before, pick up where you left off, and see what your branch has been doing.
Every valuation and check is kept, so you rarely start from scratch. Your recent work is on the dashboard, and the full history lives in your activity views.
On the dashboard
The dashboard shows your most recent lookups and your branch's, so you can carry on from a recent vehicle in a click. Each row carries quick actions:
- Revalue or recheck the vehicle, reusing the last mileage where there is one.
- Cross over: value a vehicle you only checked, or check a vehicle you only valued, if your branch has both tools.
If your branch uses references, the reference you set on a lookup shows here, which makes a specific case easy to spot.
Activity views
For the full history, open your activity from the account menu in the top bar:
- My activity: everything you have looked up, filterable by date.
- Branch activity: what everyone in your branch has looked up, with who ran each lookup.
- Organisation activity: a roll-up across branches, for branch administrators.
Each view can be filtered by date and exported, which is useful for reconciling usage or pulling a record of what was checked and when.
