Cazana

Welcome

Whole vehicle datasets, published on a schedule and delivered to your SFTP or S3.

Data Feeds deliver Cazana vehicle data in bulk: whole datasets, refreshed on a schedule and delivered straight to your own storage. They are the counterpart to the API, which answers one vehicle at a time. Reach for a feed when you want the entire dataset in your own systems rather than a lookup per vehicle.

When to use a feed

  • Use a feed when you need a complete dataset in your own systems: loading a warehouse, training models, running your own analysis, or matching against your whole book overnight.
  • Use the API when you need a single vehicle on demand, in real time, keyed by VRM or VIN.

Many clients use both: the feed for the bulk baseline, the API for live lookups on top.

The feeds

Feeds are published as a suite of separate files rather than one combined export. Each file is a complete daily snapshot.

How it works

Each night we build one canonical file per feed and deliver a copy to every subscriber. A delivery is a full snapshot of the dataset as it stands that day, not a list of changes since the last file, so each file stands on its own.

You receive the files over your chosen transport, either SFTP or S3, in JSONL or CSV.

Before you start

  • New to the data? The Codebook explains how a Cazana ID expands to the full vehicle specification.
  • Want the same data per vehicle? See VRM and VIN in the API docs.
  • Ready to subscribe? Feeds are provisioned for you. See Getting started.

Subscribing

There is no self-service signup. Data Feeds are set up for your account by our team, under a separate agreement from the API. Getting started covers what we need from you and what happens next.
